Elliott has extensive experience in guiding individuals seeking lateral moves within the legal sector and facilitating team transitions. As a law graduate with a solid foundation, Elliott has honed his skills in two of London’s prestigious chambers and has served as a paralegal, bringing a wealth of practical experience to the table.
Elliott’s deep understanding of the legal landscape, coupled with his hands-on experience, makes him a trusted advisor to clients. He is frequently sought after for his insights on a wide range of matters related to chambers’ staff and members. His expertise includes providing up-to-date information on current salary benchmarks, devising innovative staff retention strategies, and spearheading new recruitment initiatives.
Outside of Inn Legal, Elliott spends his mornings striving to beat his 10K record around Victoria park and enjoys exploring new restaurants. As an avid horse racing enthusiast, Elliott has shares in a few racehorses which he shares with his friends. He aims to visit at least 2 new countries a year and hopes to visit Japan in 2025.

Bringing 8 years of legal experience to the field, Ellie began her career as a Barristers’ Clerk in Lincoln’s Inn, working for one of the leading commercial sets at the Bar. During this time, she cultivated a ‘little black book’ of invaluable contacts, which has been instrumental in her career. Ellie is dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities, using her extensive network and deep industry knowledge.
Ellie brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and expertise to our team. Her dedication to professional development is evidenced by the 2 years she spent completing the Central Law Training exams, further honing her legal acumen.
Ellie’s commitment extends beyond her legal proficiency; she excels in fostering robust relationships with clients. Her keen insights and strategic approach enable her to contribute seamlessly to both recruitment and business growth initiatives. Whether it’s identifying top talent or crafting strategic plans, Ellie’s multifaceted skill set and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team.
In her spare time, Ellie runs a popular Instagram page focused on lifestyle, fashion, and travel, where she is praised for her authenticity. She is a passionate advocate for mental health and actively campaigns against antisemitism. Ellie notably created a petition urging Adidas to terminate their contract with Kanye West over his antisemitic remarks, which garnered over 200,000 signatures and was successful, with support from the likes of David Schwimmer, Jessica Seinfeld, and the Kardashians. Additionally, Ellie serves as an ambassador for the mental health support service SHOUT. She is also a member of the IBC/Clerks netball team and a dedicated Arsenal fan. You’ll often find her walking around Chancery Lane with her dog, Freddie.
